Yes, we ship worldwide. We have customers all over the world who need our high quality professional and display dress forms. Contact us at support@dressformsusa.com for an international shipping quote.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders placed with Dress Forms USA will leave our warehouses within 3 business days. Once the order is shipped, we will send you another email with your tracking code so you can track your order. Generally we ship all orders via UPS or Fedex but large orders are shipped via freight shipping. We reserve the right to use any carrier. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We have a no-hassle, no-questions-asked return policy with NO restocking fee. Other companies have a 20% to 30% restocking fee. We think that's ridiculous. Dress Forms USA wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and stand behind our products 110%.

 

We accept all returns and exchanges on all of our products within 5 business days of receipt of your order. After 5 business days, Dress Forms USA cannot accept returns for any reason. 

 

Should the items arrive damaged or if you want to return your items, simply follow the instructions below:

 

If Damaged:

1) Take pictures of the damage plus the box

2) Send pictures to support@dressformsusa.com

3) Our support staff will respond back to you quickly on what we can do to make this right!

 

Returns:

1) You MUST contact us within 5 business days for an RMA number and return instructions PRIOR to sending us back the item

2) We'll send you an RMA number and shipping address

3) Package the item back in its original packaging carefully to make sure the item does not get damaged on the way back to our warehouse

4) Ship the item back to us

5) We will inspect the package for damage and upon completion, will refund you the total cost minus shipping

6) You're all set!
